<description>I propose a radial idea for drafting a health care bill that everyone can get behind.

Two actually.

1. Congressional

Pass a Bill stating that in order to further promote the general welfare of this nation, and it&#039;s peoples, the federal gov&#039;t believes that all states should offer health care for it&#039;s people. The details to be left to the state on how to deploy this, subject to federal oversight to make sure base standards are met. Any federal assistance will be distributed equally based on state populations. It it up to the individual states to determine how they will pay for this system.

This is keeping on par with the 10th amendment. This is observing state rights, while looking out for the people.

2. Non Congressional

The state surgeon generals for the 50 states meet, with the Surgeon General of the U.S. presiding to discuss a national health care system that cares for the people. Let doctors decide what we the people need, and not lawyers with no medical training, knowledge, or experience.

<description>Here&#039;s another idea that will get Mr. Nelson&#039;s attention, and if you send your complaints to Ben Nelson&#039;s financial supporters by e-mail, it won&#039;t cost you a penny:
