By the way, Sen. Obama stated that the computer was created by government scientists so that the military could more easily communicate. This shows his lack of knowledge in the technology area. The computer has a long history starting in 1936. TCP/IP was developed by ARPANET, a division of the DoD so that military communication lines would not be disrupted during a war
